"I’m very upset with this company. I’ve been with them for years. I’m not sure if they have new staff or not but the people that keep answering my calls don’t know what they’re doing. I was told A set price. But now it turns out I had a credit Just for that month. So now my bill is higher which was never mentioned to me I called to get an explanation and that’s when they came up with the credit but when I called in January asking what my February price would be. They said it was going to be a set price of $$. I was never told about no credit until today that I called asking why my bill was higher then last time I called. They now wanna mention it was lower last month because I had a credit. I’ve also been trying to get my cards mailed out to me so I can have in my car as Proof of insurance and they yet have failed to mail it out to me. And that’s why you shouldn’t get Statefarm or at least not from this agency. The manager never once apologized for never letting me know about my credit and that my February bill was not the set bill. He was more focused on the fact that I Mistakenly said I had a credit in February when it was Actually in January."
